Heute leider nicht in Bolsterlang bei Jack the Dutch Oven, sondern mit definitiven Prioritäten bei dem Geburtstag meiner Frau.

3 kg vom Schwäbisch Hallischen und noch einen Schwung lecker Speck zum Filettopf.

Draußen noch den 12er-Lodge Dutch-Oven parallel laufen lassen. Gibt feines Unter-der Woche-Essen.
