I would like to inform you that it is possible to import Weber Grills direcly from the USA through the "Sharper Auctions" ebay.com site or through internet writing to the attention of Sion at sharperauctions@yahoo.com or through phone at +1 631 831 8236. The grill cost is about 50% cheaper than in Europe. There will be the cost of transport, VAT and airport/port taxes to add. It is better to use AIR transport. It is more expensive but you save time and in some cases, the transit costs at the arrival airport provided you do the customs clearance personally. Sharper Auctions deliver the grill within 5-10 days max. after payment receipt through Paypal.
Then you will have to modify the connection of pipe for EU or German standard. Simply cut the pipe and replace the US system by the EU/German adapter for gas tank.
