1 Rotisserie duck breast, minced
14 Baby Portabela mushrooms
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup cooked wild rice
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced celery
1/2 cup Gruyere finely shredded
1/2 cup beef broth
1 Tbl Worcester sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Stems removed and stuffed first with the cheese, then the stuffing mixture.
Placed on my mini smoker for an hour at 250F
