I would use the Inkbirds for pretty much everything: beef, pork, chicken, lamb, fish...
...and in case of need even for my bath water

The inkbird's are more and better featured and now as a Wi-Fi model - a must have

I would use it for Longjobs, because the range with wifi is much better than bluetooth..
