rib eyes in a spiced Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock beer marinade
-6 rib eye steaks (or whatever steak you like)
-1 bottle (12 oz.) bock beer. Could sure use a an imperial stout, too. I used Ayinger Celebrator Dopplebock, which you probably could aquire in Germany! Whatever your favorite dark beer is. Just none of that Heineken/Bud/Coors junk.
-2 or 3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
-2 Tbsp. diced red onion
-2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
-4 shakes hot pepper sauce (I like a good 6 or more)
-juice of 2 limes
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1 Tbsp. coarse brown mustard
-2 Tbsp. olive oil
-2 tsp. salt
