Just picked up the Weber Expansion Grill Rack, and it work out really well. I baked the kalbi marinated sirloin steak kabobs first for just over ten minute at 400, the seared all four sides, 3 minutes a side. The finished kabobs were placed over the snap peas and carrots for added flavor as they were stir fried. That expansion rack is awesome, wish I'd of bought it sooner.
