Herbed Butter with slight BBQ-Taste

Ingredients

1 kg whipped cream
4 piece Pressed garlic
1 Tbsp BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 piece touch of black pepper

Directions

Whippe the cream to butter and discard water
Add all the other ingredients to the butter and stir - discard water again if neccesary
portion the almost ready butter to about 500g and put in the fridge. With this amount it is worth to freeze some butter
