Ingredients

some fine chopped parsley
500 g Mustard
some Schweinekoteletts

Directions

Lay out the cutlets to a fan, and coat them with the mustard. Roll the cutlets tightly ( 4 identical rolls)
Place the 4 rolls side by side and sting skewers through them with a distance of about 1 inch.
Cut between the skewers.
Dip into the parsley
Also good in a pan.

Wenn man Schweinerouladen nimmt, dann werden aus Koteletts nicht plötzlich Schnitzel.

Toller Rezept! Ausser Petersilie und 1 Pfund Senf keine Gewürze? Was passiert mit dem "etwas Schweinekottelet? Und woher kommen Schnitzel?
