Directions
  1. Spice: Mic all spices together and let it rest for some time. Then whisk in some olive oil.
  2. Tip: If you make mor of this spice mixture, you can fill the rest of it into a jar. So it will last for almost eternity.
  3. Wrap the slices of bacon (about a half inch thick) beginning with the lean part in a spiral around the woodsticks.
  4. Then mop the sticks with the spice mixture.
  5. Put them onto the hot grate and while rolling them from on side to the other grill them golden brown or until desired color. You can paste additional spice marinade onto them occasionally.
  6. Info: You can marinade chicken, turkey, fish, pork or beef in this prepared spice mixture, or you can simply season with it.

Sie haben 4 Spiesse und 6 Scheiben Bauchfleisch. Wer hat da 2 Scheiben gemopst.

Für unseren Geschmack war es leider viel zu salzig. Haben uns exakt an die Mengenangaben gehalten und die Gewürzmischung für 700g Schweinebauch (6 Grillfackeln) verwendet. - matt.s

Schön das die so einfach selbst zu machen sind , Ich hab sie immer gekauft .Gruß Herta
