Baked bananas

Sweet and fruity dessert

Very easy


  1. Whip cream with sugar until its stiff. Fold in carefully 2 tablespoons of orange liquor. Put the cream in the fridge until serving
  2. Peel bananas and put each of them on a piece of aluminium foil.
  3. Cut the passionfruits in half and drizzle the juice onto the bananas. Do the same with the rest of orange liquor and the orange juice.
  4. Fold the foil carefully until the bananas are sealed in a package.
  5. Put the packages onto the grill or in the oven and grill/bake at high temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Put the packages on warm plates and serve immediately together with the orange whip.
