Big ribs Sasha style success at first try. Easy preparation

  1. Mix ingredients and marinate the big rib over night
  2. On the next day preheat smoker to 200°F and smoke the big rib with indirect heat for 3 hours. You may use coal beads and produce flavoured smoke with some Jack Daniels woodchips.
  3. During the first 3 hours mop the big rib with the marinade.
  4. After 3 hours wrap the big rib with some whiskey in tin foil. Fold the sides of the foil several times to prevent leakage. Smoke for another 3 to 4 hours at 260°F to 300°F. (time was so long just because I had to go to soccer training...)
  5. After that, remove the foil, and smoke with indirect heat for another hour at 200°F.
  6. The marinade also fits for spareribs. Have fun to reproduce it. Feedback is appreciated.
