Directions
  1. Work the ingredients carefully for 3 minutes in a food processor. Then knead them for another 5 minutes at a slightly higher speed do develop the gluten structures. Then let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Divide dough in 10 equal pieces. Knead them carefully to balls. Fold the sides to the center to guarantee the buns to rise nicely
  3. Flatten the dough balls and let them rest for another 30 minutes under a sheet.
  4. Bake the buns at 360°F for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the desired browning level. Cover them with melted butter while still hot.
