Directions
  1. Boil small chopped shallots with the redwine and reduce a bit
  2. add gravy and let it cook
  3. pass it through a strainer
  4. Add salt and pepper
  5. beat the butter until fluffy, mix with parsley and worcestershire sauce and add to the sauce just before its served
