Directions
  1. Dice one quarter of an onion to get onoion mash.
  2. Heat some butter in a casserole until luiquid - make it not too hot.
  3. Put the onion mash into the butter. Add paprika and salt. Stirr well with egg beater. Add the cheese while stirring.
  4. Fits well with prezzel and bread.
