Chinese BBQ Spare ribs

  1. Cut the ribs in about 4-5 cm long pieces.
  2. Boil water in a casserole and cook the ribs for about 25 mins.
  3. Stir Hoisinsauce, light sojsauce, rice wine, brouwn sugar, honey, tomatoe, garlic and ginger and put the ribs in the mix. Let rest for at least 5 hours in the fridge.
  4. After this time heat up oven on 150 degrees celsius and lay out the ribs on aluminium foil. Spread salt and pepper on the ribs and cook for 45 mins. Brush with the marinade from time to time. When they are golden brown serve hot.
