  1. Mix flour, cornmeal, salt, baking powder (and a pinch of cayenne powder for some heat if desired) in a bowl, and then add eggs, milk, and oil. Mix to a smooth dough.
  2. Cut the Hot Dogs in half, and spike them with a wooden stick. Dip them into the dough.
  3. Fry Corn dogs in a hot pan, or a deep fryer for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
