Cream "schoberl"

Nice add-on to soup.

  1. Separate two eggs (yolk and white). Stir the yolk and the soft butter creamy. Add cream and flour. Whip the egg white and stir softly under.
  2. Fill the mass in buttered forms (qty given is good for 12 Schoberl)
  3. Bake in the oven at 175 degres celsiun for 25-30 mins until golden brown.
  4. Decorate the Schobel along with a soup plate with meat soup. Enjoy.
