  1. Give the flour in a bowl, and make a small hole in the center. Pour milk into the center.
  2. Add sugar and yeast, and add salt and oil around the side.
  3. Knead the ingredients until the dough releases from the bowl. Cover it and let rest for 20 minutes
  4. Knead again, and flatten the dough. Put the garlic butter and the herbs into the center, and close the dough again.
  5. Put 11 charcoals on top and 5 beneath the dutch oven. After 75 minutes its done.
