  1. Whip the yoghurt in a bowl until fluffy and whisk in the mayonnaise.
  2. Grind the garlic clove, and chop the onion to tiny pieces. Mix both into the yoghurt.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Keep the sauce cool and let it steep for 1 hour. Do not put it in the fridge, because you'll never get rid of the garlic smell.
