Garlic potatoes

Tasty sidedish for steak and other meat dishes. Or just pure without anything else.

Directions
  1. Wash the potatoes and cook with the peel until done. Then peel the potatoes, cut in half and scoop out the center with a teaspoon so that a small bowl remains. see pictures.
  2. Mash the inner part of the potatoes with a fork. Fill it in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix all together and season to taste.
  3. Fill the paste again into the potatobowls and cover it with the diced Gouda. . You can also fill only the paste into a casserole and cook it "au gratin".
  4. Cook it "au gratin" in the preheated oven at 390°F for 20-25 minutes to the desired colour.
  5. Tip for the bbqer: Put the filled potatoe bowls together again, and wrap them into aluminium foil. Put on the grill and barbecue them for 20 minutes. Fits perfectly to grilled meat and sausages.
  6. Alternative: Mix diced tomatoes and ham into the paste. So you get another version of this dish.
