Greek baked potatoes

Fits as a sidedish for lamb and other grilled meat or fish.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 430°F
  2. Peel the garlic and chop it fine or use a garlic press
  3. Wash the thyme and shake off the water. Pick the small leaves from the twigs and cut it to pieces if applicable.
  4. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut in half or quarters depending on the size.
  5. Put the potatoes in a casserole, sprinkle with seasalt, and add garlic and thyme on top of it.
  6. Add bay leaves and drizzle some oil over all.
  7. Mingle all together and put it for a few minutes in the oven.
  8. Let it in the oven until the potatoes are done. Turn over 1 time.
  9. Put on a dish, and pour the rest of the beef stock over it.
