  1. Roast the meat and season to taste.
  2. Add ingredients and roast them, too.
  3. Add the sauce (sugar, Molasses, Soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, mustard powder, 150g Ketchup, BBQ sauce, 500ml water) and stir every 20 minutes.
  4. I cooked that for 4 hours without adding charcoal. The water was nearly gone
  5. Due to the long cooking time there were no different colors of the ingredients in the dutch oven.
  6. The beef was just right and super tender, but not overcooked
  7. As a side dish I suggest fresh baguette.
