Ingredients

2 cup Water
some Salt and pepper
2 piece bay leaves
600 g Calf of the beef
250 g green peppers
150 g
4 piece chopped chilies or pepperoni
3 Tbsp diced fresh ginger
800 g Blanched green beans
4 piece diced garlic
2 Tbsp Molasses or honey sauce
4 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Ground mustard seeds
150 g BBQ sauce
300 g Onions
6 piece medium sized potatoes
120 g Brown sugar
6 Tbsp
2 Tbsp Caraway

Directions

Roast the meat and season to taste.
Add ingredients and roast them, too.
Add the sauce (sugar, Molasses, Soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, mustard powder, 150g Ketchup, BBQ sauce, 500ml water) and stir every 20 minutes.
I cooked that for 4 hours without adding charcoal. The water was nearly gone
Due to the long cooking time there were no different colors of the ingredients in the dutch oven.
The beef was just right and super tender, but not overcooked
As a side dish I suggest fresh baguette.
