  1. Preparation : 30 minutes. cooking: 10 minutes. Total: 365 Calories/1527 Joule
  2. It needn't ne always meat on the skewers. Also mushrooms on skewers roasted on a grill are very tasty. All who don't have an oven with an electric spit can spike the mushrooms on small skewers. Put them on the grid, and grill with open door. Let the handles of the skewers outside the heating zone. Turn them regularly.
  3. Mix oil, salt and pepper. Wash mushrooms in water, and rinse thoroughly. Put them into the marinade for 5 minutes. Put them onto 4 skewers. Cut a X on top of the tomatoes and remove the stem. Put them last onto the skewers. Baste the marinade on the skewers. Roast them in the preheated Grill (top) for 5 minutes. Drizzle some lemon juice onto them before serving and arrange with some parsley . Sidedish: For the mushrooms a sauce bearnaise fits best. Also fresh whitebread. Beverage: whitwine.

Aaahhhh bitte keine Champignons waschen!!!! Die ziehen Wasser wie ein Champignon ähhh schwamm. Putzen, OK. -sprich a bissle Erde weg etc. Reicht.
