Directions
Dissolve the yest in warm water adding suggar. Let rest for about 5 mins. Blend in the meantime the flour with the salt and the potato powder. Give yeast water to the flour and knead a smooth dough. Let rest about 20 mins and knead again.
Spread some olive oil on a baking plate and form some flat cakes. Spread some olive oil over the cakes. Put some provocialian heabs and the salt on and let rest.
If desired, blend some dried tomatoes or prpperoni in the dough.
Put for 15 mins at 200 degrees celsius in the oven (bottom and upper heat), that pull down the temperature to 175 degrees and keep on baking for about 10-15 mins until the cakes are custy.
Who likes it smokey: Reduce the baking time by 5 mins and put in the BBQ. Not longer than 30 secs per side.
Left overs can be deep drozen. Later put for 30 secs in the mocro wave oven, then shortly on the BBQ or in the oven. Toasting works as well.
