Grilled pears with chocolate sauce

  1. For the chocolate sauce melt the chocolate over a pot with water, and mix it with the water, molasses and butter. Stir and warm until the chocolate sauce has a homogenous, creamy consistency.
  2. Preheat grill or pan
  3. Peel pears (if desired), cut in quarters, and remove the core. Put them onto the grate or into the pan, and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Arrange the pears on 4 plates, cover with chockolate sauce, and sprinkle with almond slices. The dessert will get even richer when yo add a tablespoon thick cream or icecream.
