Very easy

  1. Cut the vegetables in 1x1 inch pieces. Mix oil and herbs and marinate the vegetables with it. season to taste and let it marinate for 20 minutes. Drip off excess water with a sieve.
  2. Put perforated pan onto the gill grate. Fill vegetables into it, and barbecue for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
