Harkelin burger




  1. Cut the bell pepper in halves and remove the interior. Wash well. Cut in cubes.
  2. Wash the parsley and cut fine.
  3. Soak rolls into hot water and squeeze well.
  4. Knead meat, rolls, bell pepper, parsley egg and white cheese to a dough - if required a more oat flakes. Flavour with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  5. Form hamburger paddies according to bun size. Spread some oil on plate and grill for 5 mins.
  6. Compose a burger with a salad leave, paddie with the herbs. Enjoy.
