Ingredients

some Salt
125 g Butter
1 Tbsp Chives
1 Tbsp Tarragon
1 Tbsp Chervil
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tbsp Burnet
1 Tbsp Cress
some Pepper

Directions

Chop herbs and the shallot into tiny pieces. Add the butter and whip thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sweep the butter through a sieve.
