Marinated Spareribs Version 2

Spareribs with light sweet marinade

  1. Cut the spareribs so that 2 ribs remain together. Cook in salt water for 30 mins.
  2. Peel garlic and mince. Cut chilies on the long, clean inside and cut in cubes. Blend ketchup with honey, vinegar, soj sauce, garlic, chili and smoke arome. Add salt.
  3. Take ribs out of the water and put on a plate. Spread the marinade on the ribs. Let rest covered (over night if possible).
  4. Grill ribs from each side for 5 mins. Serve with baked potato.
