Paella with seafood

A feeling like holidays - Paella. Perfect with a good dry whitewine.

  1. Ignited coal in the grill, and put an oiled pan onto it. First roast the drumsticks until they get a slight crust. Add minced garlic and diced peppers and let it cook for a time. Add the bag of seafood and cook it for 3 minutes whilst stirring. Add shrimps and the chopped fish - fillet. Let it cook for another 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  2. Now add the rice, and the spice and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Fill up with the poultry stock. Mix again and let it cook for 30 minutes. Stir from time to time, so nothing burns in. Lastly about 8 minutes before the paella is done prepare the mussels in a pot with salty water. Stick the open mussels into the rice. Take the pann off the grill and let it steep for 10 minutes.

gerade eine Paella wird nach dem Zufügen des Reis nicht mehr gerührt. Es wird immer nur Brühe nach Bedarf ergänzt. Der angesetze Reis schmeckt besonders gut.
