Pine apple skewers

Grill skewers with pine apple.

Directions
  1. Dice the mint and blend with olive oil, salt and peppar. Let rest a while.
  2. Cut the pine apple, meat in ready-to-eat cubes.
  3. Wash bell pepper cut in halves and remove the core. Put pine apple, meat and bell pepper in a sequence on 4 skewers.
  4. Put some herb oil over skewers and grill for about 10 minutes from all sides.
