Rutabaga as side dich

This is as good side dish for meat.

Directions
  1. Peel the rutabaga and cut it in cubes. Do the same with the cattots.
  2. Cut the onoins in cubes and put in a hot casserole with some butter. Make them light brown, stirr continously.
  3. Add the rutabaga and the carrots while stirring and continue for about 5 mins.
  4. Add the broth and let lighly cook for about 20 min.
