Directions
  1. Dip tomatos in hot water to skin them. Cut in half, extract the seeds and chop the tomatos
  2. Slice mushrooms and chop shallots
  3. Glaze in butter and boil it with the gravy
  4. Before serving sprinkle chopped tarragon and chervil on top
