  1. Making the sauce: Blend the tomatoes with a hand-held blender. Fill in a high pot to prevent the kitchen getting sprinkled with the tomatoes of the boiling sauce. Add cream, diced ham and the sliced mushrooms or some other kind of fungi. let it boil for at least 30 minutes, and season to taste. The sauce must have a very thick consistency.
  2. Boil the spaghetti and heat the sauce in a pan. When the pasta is done add them to the sauce and mix carefully.
  3. Now take a casserole for lasagna and spread the aluminium foil into it. Use 2 normal sized foils of aluminium one turned for 90 degrees. If the foil is superlarge take double sheets to prevent leaking.
  4. Insert the Spaghetti and crumble some cheese over it. Seal the foil and bake in the preheated oven at 490°F for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve very hot in the foil.

Sehr lecker! Ohne Schinken und dafür etwas ist es auch für einen Vegetarier eine feine Sache!
