Directions
  1. Cut the dried tomatoes and the garlic into small pieces.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl with the tempered butter (use a fork or the hands). The tomato paste defines the colour (little -> pink, much-> red)
  3. Spread the butter onto a plastic wrap and roll it to a cylinder
  4. Chill for 1 day in the fridge, and then use it on bread, rolls or ciabatta.
