sieht gut aus.

Wie lange war es denn in der Sauna? Bei welcher GT? Und welche KT hat das gute Stück am Schluss gehabt?

Ja, clickandgrill hat schönes Fleisch. bestelle ich auch immer.
 
Hallo Markus, also das gute Stück war im Rohzustand 4kg und wollte bei 110 Grad tatsächlich 18 Stunden im Smoker verbringen. Ich habe es bei einer KT von 90 Grad heruntergenommen und in die Warmhaltebox gesteckt. Es war bzw. ist wirklich ein Genuss.
