Hi, I'm new here. I'm trying to find my way around this forum. It's a bit confusing. I'm American and I live in Berlin. I specialize in Texas style barbecue. I'd love to open a business one day, but there are quite a few obstacles to doing it right. For me, it has to be wood smoke.
