Greetings, Elmar!
How is everything in your part of the world? We are doing well here, once again back in Wisconsin. It finally stopped raining in the Midwest, but the poor Southwest is having one wildfire after the other. We had flooding in this part of the country and peoples homes were being washed away. It's one extreme to the other.
We went to a wedding a few weeks ago where the entire dinner was cooked outside. Thought you might like to see our grilling pictures for your collection. They had chicken, grilled veggies and then a fish boil. That is the picture with the huge flame shooting up. The food was delicious.

Nette Vergrillung, und das Essen war auch lecker, trotz großbrand.
und das ist die hauptsache, das es schmeckt.
 
Wenn es nicht Wisconsin, sondern weiter im Süden wäre, würde ich sagen: Catfish
