Problem mit Inkbird 100 vh

Ruvik

Militanter Veganer

Was denkt Ihr?

Gruß
Hello and welcome to the barbecue community.

I can not wait to see you again. I can not wait to see you again.
My name is Viktor, I am 42 years old and I like to grin and grill. We also smoked a lot of fish, bacon, chicken and sw.
Until now I have only read and can look at some good tips. But now I am not going further.

Now to my request.
I've built an electric oven with my father to burn hot and cold. Inkbird ITC 100 is controlled by vh. If the difference was always the same, I could balance them in the settings. Only at the beginning is it almost right. Then, when the heating elements are, the temperature difference is always different. For example, the actual temperature is about 60 degrees Celsius. The difference is getting bigger as the temperature rises. Only at about 50-60 indicated degree (the correct, measured with 2 other thermometers is then already over 100 degrees) the difference begins to be smaller. What can be the reason?
The sensor is correctly polarized. Otherwise everything should be properly connected. The bridge is out (the sensor is one of the K-type).
The self-direction did not think I worked. It would still run, the display flashes "at" alternately with the set temperature and the hour. Is it there? Or is the part simply broken?
What else can you do? How long does it take such self-adjustment?
Questions about questions. If someone has any questions or something :-), I would be very happy. If someone is interested in photos of the stove, I could upload some of course.
I hope you can help me.

Greeting [/ QUOTE]

I can help you out.

For the correct temperature reading, usually, it is caused by the wrong wiring of the sensor. Could you please confirm it on your side?

VH=Voltage High, ITC-100RH: Relay output,100-240V
V series, Voltage output, you need to SSR to use it, which connect to port 6 (-), 8 (+)

R series, relay output, no need for SSR.

For Inkbird K sensor, please connect it to 3 4 port, do not need to connect 4 5 together. After tried, please tell me the result, or send me PM.

If you confirm back, I will give you a reply next week!

Nice weekend!
Inkbird

@Inkbird

Thank you for your quick response. In about 1-2 weeks, I'll again check everything and the 2 oven cable. Then I know more and sign up again.

Nice weekend to all of you.

Hi,

If any question when using, please send me a reply in the thread or PM.

@Inkbird

Hi Ruvik

Sorry, I do not understand your question well because I'm not a technician, could you please kindly make it more clear? I will forward to our technician after that. Hope that I can help you out.
@Inkbird [/ USER]

How much time do you need the inkbird for making a self-adjusting? 10 minutes, 30 minutes or more? [/ QUOTE]

I consulted our technician, after I got a reply, I will give you more information.

Hi Ruvik,

Sorry for the late reply.

Our technician told me that self-adjusting is depends on your heating system. Sometimes it just need few minutes, but sometimes it costs few hours.

Problem gefunden.

@Inkbird
Danke für Ihre Hilfe.

Gruß
