Moin, ich hab heut ein bissl Brot gebacken. Hatte mir vor ein paar Tagen neue Bücher gekauft und wollt nun mal jetzt mal ein Weizenmischbrot ausprobieren. Rezept stammt aus dem Buch "Hefe und mehr" von Stefanie Herberth. Ich hab es für mich verständlich aufgeschrieben und die Backtemperaturen leicht abgewandelt für den HBO.

schau doch mal bitte hier: Weizenmischbrot. Da findest Du alles, was Du brauchst!
 
Es fehlt ein Anschnittbild. ;)

Sonst sehen die Brot-Bilder echt gut aus.

Hallo Peter.

Ich wollte die Brote in ruhe abkühlen lassen. Eben hab ich den Knust und eine Scheibebrot mit Dillkräuterbutter gegessen. Mir hat es gut gefallen. Ein leichtes Brot für den Sommer und bestimmt auch gut als beilage zum grillen :)

Ich höre es richtig duften.
 
Hat was.
Etwas Butter oder mit Frankfurter Art, dazu,
da würd ich gerne mal probieren.
