Unboxing INKBIRD Bluetooth Termometer

Hallo zusammen.
Ich habe vorhin mein bei Amazon bestelltes INKBIRD Thermometer bekommen.
Anbei mal ein paar Bilder vom Auspacken und von ersten Test im heißen Wasser.
Ein Fühler hing immer 2-3 Grad nach. Als das Wasser dann kochte, zeigten beide 99 Grad an.

Die Grilleye App hatte ich mir vorher schon geladen. Das INKBIRD hat sich innerhalb weniger Sekunden mit meinem Handy (Samsung S7) gekoppelt.
Das war wirklich easy...

Habe dieses BT Thermometer auch zwei Wochen und funktioniert mit der Grilleye App hervorragend. Für unter 30,- Euro sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Grilleye App liefert die bessere deutsche Übersetzung im Vergleich zur dazugehörigen BBQ Go App. Ansonsten sind beide Apps ziemlich gleichauf.

Tips:
1, When washing the temperature sensor, do not immerse the steel cable into water (the cable is not waterproof) .Or, water run inside the cable, then it shows incorrect temperature. If this happens, please let the steel cable then try again.
2, Do not put the sensor/the steel cable in the fire or place it in which temperature is higher than 300°C, it will broken the sensor and the cable.

We sold out the Inkbird IBT-2X BBQ thermometer for a few years ago. Till now the feedback for our new release Inkbird IBT-6X BBQ thermometer with 6 sensors also ok.

But, we still got some complaints. We have tested them for a long time before. Improper used always caused troubles.

We drawn some conclusions recently:
1, When customers wash the sensors, maybe they are not in the water. Now, please dry them then try again.
2, May be the sensors or the cables in the fire, whichever is higher than 300 ° C, then broken the sensors;
3, Maybe it put the sensors inside the smoker / oven / grill, the steel cable.

Eine Frage hätte ich dann doch:
Wie befestigt ihr den Clip für den Fühler zur Garraumüberwachung am Rost? Das Design ist ja anders als z.b. beim Maverick, wo dieses Teil einfach zwischen zwei Streben geklemmt werden kann.

Hatte es bisher einfach auf den Rost 'gestellt', ist aber sehr wackelig.

Hi, you mean system on your phone is windows? Sorry, it just work with IOS 7+, and Android 4.4+, I will ask our technician for more details.

The probe should be positioned parallel to the grate. Maybe I should look for another clip.

Gestern hatte ich das INKBIRD das erste Mal im Einsatz. Den Clip finde ich persönlich auch nicht gut, ich musste sehr fummeln. Irgendwie habe ich ihn dann einigermaßen fest bekommen, so dass ich den Fühler waagerecht durchführen konnte. Dass ist aber recht wackelig.... :-/
