where are you from? Glad to hear that you like the WLANThermo Nano.

1) What is your application? The Nano V1+ is available as LITE or PRO edition. The LITE is only for measuring. The PRO can also control an actuator. Do you want to assemble your Nano yourself?
2) You can use your inkbird probes
3) Which grill do you want to control? A fan works with weber grill, wsm, ceramic egg or even UDS. Usually a radial fan in the size of the Titan 50 mm is enough.
4) For charging and for pitmaster operation you need a power supply or a power bank. The source should have more than 1A output current, otherwise there are no big requirements.
