WLAN Thermometer Mini v2

DeineIPAdresse (z.B. 192.168.X.XX)

User: wlanthermo
paswd: raspberry

Dort auf der Config-Seite ganz unten.
Config Seite = Einstellungsseite = Zahnrad oben rechts

Dumme Frage.

Is there a iphone app yet? Also in the web interface settings, under app settings what do you put for device ID? Device type is iOS or Android?

There has been an app, but it's not available anymore. You just can use your internet browser on your smartphone to do the same things you could do with the app. The alarm function of the app (that's what you need the ID for) doesn't work anymore. So there is no benefit to use the app. Maybe there will be an app in the future, but it seems there is a lack of time to develop a new one.

Use telegram for push-notifications on your mobile. And the browser like @Gaseinsteiger already said.
Works perfect.

Thanks. How can one access the Web interface from outside your home network? What port is this on by default? Assuming 80? I would like to view on my cell phone browser when I'm away like taking my kids to school etc.

Yes, port 80 of your Thermo and access via e.g dyndns

Thanks to the help here I'm slowly getting one thing at a time fixed or working here in the USA. I still can't seem to get the time in the web interface to show the correct time. The time zone is America/Chicago for Central time. Here are my setup.txt lines which should be correct but the time is still showing Germany time. Is there something I'm missing or not doing? I put the img file on the SD card, I did not edit the setup.txt before I put it in the pi board.
# Sprache (de, en, fr)
language=en
# Tastaturbelegung (de, gb, us, fr)
keyboard=us
# Zeitzone (tzdata)
timezone=America/Chicago

Thanks, I guess I will have to reformat the SD card and start over? Correct.

Also I have been running display v2.5. I saw there was a v2.6 on Github. I tried to install it and during startup it said I needed to update it from the web page. I did that and it put it back to v2.5. Is v2.5 the latest for the mini v3?

No,
you write the NOOB-image onto an SD-Card with e.g. Win32DiskImager and then you edit the setup.txt on the SD-card.

On a running system, you might also ssh into your system and change the timezone by entering sudo raspi-config and choosing the appropriate menuitem.
