  1. Kleingewürfelte Zwiebel und Knofi im Öl anbraten.
  2. Essig, Brühe, Ziotronenscheibe, Lorbeerblatt, Senfpulver, Zucker dazugeben und langsam zum Kochen bringen. 15 Min schwach kochen lassen.
  3. Zitrone und Lorbeerblatt herausnehmen. Die restlichen Zutaten einrühren und weitere 10 min bei schwacher Hitze kochen lassen.
  4. Soße erkalten lassen. Zu gegrilltem Fleisch reichen oder das Fleisch damit einpinseln, einziehen lassen und dann grillen!!

Liest sich ganz gut, ich frage mich nur, wo das "rauchig" herkommen soll? Vorschlag, statt etwas Cayennepfeffer aka Chilipulver reinzurühren, würde ich geräuchertes Chipotlepulver nehmen...
