Here is what happens with 2 probes. this happens in the bottom set of 4 0-3 and the top set of 4 4-7. If i put one probe on 0 and one on 4 i get two temps, but that defeats the purpose of having 8 channels

cleaned and dried same issue. I replaced the resistor networks once so i am pretty sure it's not them and the 47K resistors test fine Do you think it could ba a bda Cap one of the little red ones one on each end?

Well it's not the caps. i desoldered all 8 checked them and they test fine. i put one back on ch 0 and tried it same symptoms. the only thing i can tell is that resistor network ties all 4 channels together that is the only component common to 4 channels. any ide where to go from here? do you know anyone that has a full schematic?

@Killerby Which resistor network do you use (part number, link?)? There are two kind of networks.

Here is the circuit diagram: https://www.grillsportverein.de/forum/attachments/plan-png.1161472/

I used bussed resistor.
Resistor Network A08-102 102 1K ohm 8-pin Bus
https://www.ebay.com/itm/10-pcs-Res...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Is that my problem? I am new to circuit troubleshooting but based on you attached link the 1K ohm resistor do not appear to be buss type

What are the voltages at the channel pins on the MCP:
- if no sensor is connected
- one sensor is connected

Maybe the MCP is damaged

i believe the mcp is ok, because i breadboarded the 3208 and connected all of the upper pins to the socket and then only connected one channel at a time from the bread board to the Wlanthermo board and it would display correctly that way but if i conected more than one channel both or all of them would display the same temp

Hi,

1. Kein Durchgang zwischen FAN Pit 2 und 12 V
2. Unterschiedliche Spannungen (FAN an Pit 1 = 0,0 V / FAN an Pit 2= 12,409 V / 12V an PIT 1+2 = 12,943 V) - Pitmaster jeweils ausgestellt

Schonmal vielen Dank!

Grüße
Stephan
