Hi John,
just in case @Binoffline has an issue shipping to Canada, I have two alternatives for you:
a) If you can wait until may, I will be on a business trip to Ottawa. I can ship you 2 PCB with local postal service. If this is your choice, send me a PM or give me an indication how I can reach you (email).
b) A probably faster solution would be to contact Ryan Johnsson on hackaday.io (https://hackaday.io/ryanjohnson00). He is located in Colorado and he can provide limited quantities of PCB for the US and probably Canada as well.
You might also be interested in the project-page on hackaday.io. It's not as up to date as this forum (which is realtime!! ), but still it has some valuable information in english.

Vielen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung. Folgendes Ergebnis:
- Widerstände R1 - R3 --> R1 braun, schwarz, schwarz, orange, braun=100k; R2 braun, schwarz, schwarz, rot, braun=10k; R3 braun, rot, schwarz, orange, orange =33k
